FortSAG is a prop firm challenge simulator operated as an individual business based in Spain.

What Data We Collect
Account data: your email address when you register.
Trading data: CSV files you upload, simulation results, and challenge trades. Stored to provide your personal dashboard and history.
Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Usage data: anonymous analytics via Google Analytics if you consent.
How We Use Your Data
To provide the FortSAG service.
To send transactional emails — welcome message, AI analysis results, challenge completion notifications.
To process payments via Stripe.
We do not sell your data.
We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Data Storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in Frankfurt, Germany — within the EU.
Emails are sent via Resend.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
AI analysis is processed by Groq.
None of your personal data is stored by these AI providers.
Your Rights — GDPR
As an EU resident you have the right to:
· Access your personal data
· Delete your account and all data
· Export your data
· Correct inaccurate data
· Withdraw consent at any time
· Lodge a complaint with your national data authority

Cookies
Essential: required for login and security. Cannot be disabled.
Analytics: Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. Opt out via the cookie banner or browser settings.
Advertising: we do not use advertising cookies.
Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Anonymised usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
